Testimonials

Over the past six years Bridgewater has worked with us at DkIT RDC and Invent, DCU in the facilitation of our New Frontiers Programmes – Phase I & Phase II.

These are multi-disciplinary programmes, which focus on developing the person, the idea and the business. Bridgewater’s ethos of building trusting relationships with programme participants matches our own and they have consistently stepped beyond their remit to support participants to achieve their dreams and goals for starting successful technology businesses.

This partnership model has proven hugely successful – with many participants securing investment, providing employment and realising their export potential.

I would highly recommend them as a service provider …….

Martina McGrath of Bridgewater conducted a Feasibility Study in the North East on behalf of a consortium of four Local Enterprise Offices and Dundalk Institute of Technology. The project, which was led by Louth County Enterprise Fund, required significant primary and secondary research by Martina and her team among the SME population in the four Counties. She displays a deep understanding of the small business world and engaged very successfully with it through a number of focus groups. Her distillation and presentation of relevant small business analytics is superb.
Her final report built on the research and she presented conclusions and recommendations which are insightful and challenging.
I would certainly recommend her and Bridgewater for similar projects.

Institute of Technology Carlow contracted Bridgewater to undertake a feasibility study in relation to Financial Technology Development in the South East. Led by Martina McGrath, we undertook a rigorous assessment of technology, enterprise, research, demographics and viability. This led Institute of TEchnoligy Carlow to identify a market need in relation to specialist services pertaining to Insur-Tech. Following on from that initial assessment, we worked further with Bridgewater to distil a robust operational model for development and secure government funding under the Regional Enterprise Development Fund.

We found Bridgewater to be flexible and responsive to our needs – while producing quality outputs and strategic insights. I am happy to recommend this company and Martina for projects of this nature.

Martina McGrath of Bridgewater was contracted into Modular Automation to deliver a communications skills programme to a cross functional team of engineers, including Software, Design, Assembly, Project Management and Commercial engineers.

As part of this process we engaged in a scoping exercise to identify what the exact needs of the business were and to ensure that the programme offered aditionality and value in our operational, sales and growth activities.

This scoping exercise was of significance as it allowed us to work with Bridgewater to develop a programme with the facilitator and to ensure our needs were met.

Bridgewater was very open, flexible and engaging in this process and demonstrated a good understanding of our business needs.

Our employees feedback was really positive and they thoroughly enjoyed the programme.

I would highly recommend Bridgewater as a service provider and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Yours sincerely
